“I have had the enormous privilege of devoting my professional life to education in many different incarnations – from being a teacher, a university lecturer, a corporate trainer and mentor, a professional speaker, an advisor and most recently as the Founder of the Global Intrapreneurs Institute. My mission and purpose in life is to be a LIBERATOR of human potential and talent. My ‘superpower’ is in creating and holding the space for smart, savvy professionals to step into where they achieve outcomes they didn’t think possible. That really lights me up! But more importantly – it lights THEM up.
That is why I am so passionate about helping to drive the intrapreneurialism movement globally. There is so much underutilised talent languishing within our organisations and businesses. Tapping into that talent more effectively literally transforms lives and businesses – and eventually the world.”
