Synopsis

Dr. Irena’s presentation focuses on the reasons why it is important for employees to become intrapreneurs in our super-VUCA, disrupted world of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Drawing on global reports identifying the new skillsets for the third decade of the twenty-first century, often referred to as the decade of disruption, she makes a case for why organisations, and indeed entire economies, need to liberate and support INTRAPRENEURS.
