In this ‘virtual’ presentation Dr Pearson explores some of the complex challenges (both internal and external) that are facing governments in these unprecedented times.  How can governments accelerate digitisation, optimise data usage and artificial intelligence, and plan for and address the massive demographic shifts that are taking place right now? How can governments encourage inclusivity and intrapreneurialism to transform government services for a fast-changing world?
