Each part of the program builds on what has come before. I learnt effective processes to solve workplace problems as an intrapreneur. I developed the skills and knowledge needed to look at and define workplace challenges in new ways as well as how to frame, explain and persuade others about my proposed solutions. All this has helped me to refine my skills as an Intrapreneur. I’ve used my learnings to refine the Innovation Framework for my department – our Innovation Champions group is now called The Intrapreneurs! I highly recommend this course. It is interesting, challenging, and very relevant to my work in an Innovation Unit. Anyone wanting to create value within their workplace and ‘stand out from the crowd’ should do it.
